This is a patent remedy based on the experimental formula "Jiang Ya Pian" (Tablets for Subduing Hypertension), which is used to calm the liver, suppress yang, clear away heat and reduce fire for high blood pressure due to hyperactivity of liver yang. It can be combined with other blood or yin tonic in cases of deficiency of yin manifested as palpitation, amnesia, soreness and weakness of loins and knees.

Ingredients: Heal all (fruit spike), Chinese skullcap (root), Chrysanthemum (flower), Chinese mint (Aboveground parts), Japanese sophora (flower).

Actions: Sedates liver fire and calms endogenous liver wind.

Main indications: Use to reduce symptoms associated with hypertension due to liver fire, including dizziness, ear ringing, headache, and flushed face. Effective in lowering blood cholesterol and preventing hardening of the arteries.

Direction: As a dietary supplement, take 4 tablets once time, 3 times a day.
